fat loss is not something that can be felt. technically the body is burning body fat 24 hours a day only the amount of energy that is derived from fatty acids changes depending on the level of activity, diet and feeding patterns.

Hey there.

Once i was on strict diet for almost 3 days.. just 3 meals a day, each meal consisted of 1 glass of milk, 3 pieces of low-salt hi-fiber biscuits, and an apple... I did felt that same sensation and it was getting hotter everyday. On the third day, I felt like my whole body was on fire...

Yeah, that's the sign of your body burning fat. It is because fat is the secondary energy supply for your body after carbohydrates. When you metabolize fat, heat is also released.

Hi,
You will never consciously feel or know when your body burns fat. What you describe has nothing to do with fat burning.

Check with your doctor, better safe than sorry.
(Maybe someone more qualified can add to this?)
