Well, today during class my cell phone went off, but it was completely an accident. I ALWAYS keep it turned off, but this morning I had to call my mom because my bus didn't come to get me and I needed a ride, and I must have forgotten to turn it off. It was really bad luck too- no one ever calls me during school, and it turned out that it was just a wrong number that called. Luckily, my teacher didn't take it up or anything, she just said whoever's phone that is, you'd better not take it out, so I didn't. I feel really bad about disrupting class. I was going to say something to my teacher after class, but she was busy helping another student. Should I apologize tomorrow? I know this probably seems like a silly question, because this probably wouldn't be a big deal to most people, but I am a very self-conscious person and I hate getting in trouble at all.

Why would you want to apologise? Join the multitude of most other mobile phone owners & users - just contnue being rude & inconsiderate of others feelings.
If you do not fit in the above catgory, by all means apologise.
The teacher will, no doubt, be amazed that someone would actually apologise for such an incident.
I find mobile phone users are the rudest people on the planet - so inconsiderate!

No I wouldn't worry about it
Just look at it as a nice person doing a nice thing
so just try to return the favor like letting someone in front of you in the lunch line
something simple to pass along the favor

What's the harm in saying "sorry"? She'll appreciate it, even if it's not entirely necessary. Go for it.
