You should just go to the DMV and get a duplicate license or an ID. Only takes a few minutes. OH, I forgot its the DMV! LOL. They will have your info on file. I would take birth certificate and SS card.

The DMV can issue an ID card - you will need at least your birth certificate, but possibly also your social security card. If you are already in their system you may not need any documentation at all (b/c your picture would be on file). Do a google search for your local DMV because you may be able to order a new driver's license online to be mailed to your home.
More importantly, you don't need a picture ID to travel by air w/in the US. They will mark "no ID" on your boarding pass when you check in and you will be subject to extra screening (a more thorough search of your carry-ons, so keep them to a minimum if you want to save time). It's really not a problem!

Depends on your state. If you don't have a passport, you'll have to request a duplicate driver's license.
