I don't think there is such a thing as normal, but kids will experiment.... i went through it, its something that MOST will grow out of. For me it has been character building to say the least. I do not recommend experimentation with drugs, they ruin your life. but some people need to figure that out for themselves.... and then there are those that get unlucky, get ill and / or die from this experimentation. I think its important for kids to have a secure support base at home.... and it needs to be talked about more in the community

It is not normal, there are ways to get high in life without resorting to drugs, like art and music. Drugs are just addictive and make you stupid, they are not normal. Love is more of a normal activity of growing up!

No not at all, but when they grow up it's a different story. Then they call it medication and get it legit, although the prices are definately higher, but that's what insurance is for. Sit in a mall and watch sometime. Seems like 3/4s of them forget to touch the ground.

nope... i've heard people say that everyone experiments when they're young... not true. some of my best friends were bad into drugs and i still was never tempted to try them. I've went through highschool and college and had some rough times and some wild parties and never done anything more than an occasional cigarette or drink.

Depends on what you are doing.
I did drugs....a lot of them. I like drugs.
I did them when I was young before I had kids and a real life (19-25).
I never did stupid stuff like meth, herion, or stuff that kills you.
I had fun...but then some people think going to a youth group is fun.
It's all in what you like.

drugs are not a normal part of anything, just alot of peer presure and experimenting, but not normal or healthy

in my family and the families i grew up around everybody has tried some sort of drug, be it tobacco or alcohol(yes they are drugs) or pot and other illegal drugs its all part of the human experience
