Virginia Beach Tracks..what is the best/nicest to run on?

what is the best track(nicest) track to run/jog on at Virginia Beach

I have run on several tracks in Virginia Beach and all have been made of concrete/macadam (spell?).

I do not know if that is the type of surface you want to run on?

Do not know of any tracks with spongy type of surface. I think they are made of recycled tires?

I have enjoyed running at Mt Trashmore park. Also, First Landing has some nice trails to jog on.
