and i started working like a month ago and i really want to buy her something but i DONT KNOW WHAT
SHE ALMOST HAS EVERYTHING

If she almost has everything and you are so close, then something more personal. Write her a letter about how important she is to you. Do you have a picture of you and her together that you can frame? That would be nice. Anything like this is much more meaningful than just a gift. Good luck.

Here's two idea's.
Get a photograph of the both of you and buy a beautiful frame for it and give her that. I'm sure she'd love it.
Or instead of a gift arrange for the both of you to have afternoon tea together somewhere nice and treat her like a lady. My daughter did that for me and i was thrilled
