No. Only God can change a persons heart. If you go out side Gods will then it is more likely you will do harm rather than good. If you want to do Gods will then pray as to what you should to aid in His kingdom and let Him direct your path in a good way.

Think about. Jesus says in the Sermon on the Mount that lusting is as bad as adultery, so would you sleep with a woman's husband to get him to convert?
