Remember if you didn't suit them they wouldn't feel bad about cutting you out.
Talk to your boss about what you need in a job and maybe they can do a sideways transfer in the company.

1st of all don't leave your boss dangling by his toes by waiting till your on your last passable work day to say by the way I quit!
Give him your two weeks notice would be a nice note to leave on,, 2nd,, tell him (her) you need to talk. Tell them you really enjoy working with "them" & the people at work but not neccessarily the job itself. Tell them honestly that it's not what you have in mind when you picture yourself 5 yrs down the road, tell them where you would like to be 5 yrs down the road & you need to move forwards towards (school , bigger city, ext.) in order to make that happen. Again leave on a possitive note ( never burn bridges) Thank them for all the oportunities they have given you at the job / learning experiences & how they will benifit you , maybe ask them some advice on how they would achive reaching one of your future goals.... (big good boy points)!!!
Bosses dont like to lose good people but they dont like to see good people sit & stagnate in bad jobs when they know those people were ment for bigger / better things!

Good luck to you!

don't sense undesirable . If the interest isn't determining for you your boss will understand its a employer . you're able to pay interest on college and that i promise you that in case you provide your boss a word ( usually 2 weeks ) so they might locate some one to fill your footwear on the keep you would be ok or perhaps eligible to be rehired If u.s. want .

If you like him so much, have a talk. Discuss with him/her the shortcomings. It could be that what you don't like may be avoidable.
