Ok, the de is not correct, as so many people said.
The la is not necessary in English, but it IS in Spanish.
And amistades are friendships...not friends. So don´t use that one.
Also, I see nothing wrong with your English, but the gal who posted that didn´t use correct English (although it was ok for texting).
And for the guy who said to just speak English, a double thumbs down. He has a closed mind, and will not advance in the world. We need to learn each others´ languages, just to learn about each other.

just eliminate the "de" after gusta other than that its good =)
so that it says: "Me gusta compatir la comida con mis amigos"

No, it isn't. It should read " Me gusta compartir comida con mis amigos" the "de" is not needed because compartir can be "to give." "La" is adding "the" which is also not needed.
