All I can find is the Universal Kit. It does not allow me to center a ribbon on the top row.

Use the universal and you trim the center bar out on top to mount the ribbon. It won't look like the rest of the bar but since it is covered by a ribbon it really doesn't matter or show.

I actually use the standard three-ribbon mount and offset the ribbons so that the ribbons on the end of each row are only half-mounted to the mount. If you bend the mount out to give it a little more tension, they stay pretty secure.

J-cragen (sp?) has it right. If you are in the military just go to clothing sales. If you are not in the military try any Army/Navy surplus store.
