Now of course, I am not including the SR-71, the B-52/58,etc.
This is fighter and or attack aircraft only. And no prototypes of course...Lets see who gets the correct answer, as the winner gets a ride in my ....... Izuzu SPITFIRE, yeah... my Spitfire...that's the ticket.

Does not include F-22/35 etc. to new, or the F117

ok ok, you are all smarter than me, I should have put "high production numbers" as you are giving me aircraft that yes were not exported, but were in fact USED by other countries, there is only ONE that never was (as far as you know), and NO if two win, nobody sits on my lap!

I am giving a "thumbs up" for just about everyone, because I am getting such a great response! Although very few are on the right track....That is the RIGHT TRACK...

A-6 Intruder. As far as I know, the U.S. Navy is the only operator of this type.

The A-10 Warthog was never exported.

The P-51H Mustang . . .Although it was never exported, I believe there was one airframe brought to the UK for evaluation purposes (how it performed against the Spitfire and the 109). Other variants of the Mustang were widely exported.

F-89 Scorpion is another one ;-)

F-105 Thunderchief and F-106 Delta Dart also not exported!

F-1 Fury
F-3D / F-10 Skynight
F-4D / F-6 Skyray
F-11 Tiger
A-5 / A-3J Vigilante
A-6 Intruder (as stated by zzooti)

@Micky G . . . The F-100 Super Sabre was used in China, Denmark, France and Turkey in addition to the US (thanks Wiki!)

@Ole man . . . the F-111 was indeed exported - it's still in service with the Australians, for example.

The "only" would pose a problem.

The F-105 Thunderchief was never exported and so was the F-106 Delta Dart and these were mass produced.

How about the A-5 Vigilante and the the A-10 Thunderbolt II ? If it is European, the JA-37 was never exported.

The only aircraft not exported in the 60s thru the 90s was the Warthog support attack aircraft originally assigned to the Marines.

The A 10 is obvious, but is an attack aircraft and though I've heard will put up a hell of a dogfight (stay OUT of that cannons way!) is not a fighter per se.
The F105 is a good guess, but this is not considered an "attack" aircraft. It's a fighter, and I would say properly categorized as a fighter-bomber. But again I sure wouldn't have wanted to be attacked by one on the ground! I dunno what the asker is after............

I think you are talking about either the F-100 Super Sabre, or the F-105 Thunderchief...

I hope you have 2 seats in your Izuzu Spitfire cause I aint sitting on your lap...

I believe the Republic F-105 Thunderchief served with only the USAF and later the Air National Guard in several states.
