Im curious as to what everyone thinks about church clothing. Do you see it as someone should wear dressy clothes or should you just dress comfortable? Does it matter to you?

I think that as long as your clothes are clean, and you are not revealing too much, you should be welcome into any church. Now don't get me wrong, if you have no choice but to wear dirty clothes you should be accepted just the same, after all do people go to church to gawk at others clothing or worship? If people are going to church to censor the clothing of other people I question if they are in the right place!

i don't understand the place you have study you could't enter maximum eating places while you're actually not protecting your shoulders, it incredibly is totally fake...Italy isn't diverse by using uk. ITALY IS IN EUROPE! besides I attended a marriage this summer season, I wore an extremely summer season gown, short (over the knees) and extremely decolletè. interior the church I wore a jacket...while i became into there, the bride wore a gown with bare shoulders, some females buddies of the bride and groom wore attire with bare shoulders and NO jacket nor bolerino, the priest did not say not something nor regarded at them badly. people love telling countless lies approximately Italy. we are in 21th century and Italy is corresponding to France, uk, etc...except right here in northern Italy the place I stay.

I don't really think there are certain clothes to wear to church, but there are definitely some clothes that shouldn't be worn to church.

Yes, if the church is traditional. If they are laid back and easy going like a lot of churches are, there is no need. The times are different and God only cares what's inside your heart.

I think you should do what you feel is respectful. For some its dressing to the 9's for others it casual and for others its not about the clothes at all.....they would feel the same joy and connection with God in their pyjamas.

To an extent. When I was still going to church, I got bad looks just for wearing jeans and not a skirt. I mean, its a little ridiculous to judge me just because I chose not to conform.

There is no dress code in the bible concerning any church, all I know is it says to do all things in moderation.

i think a person should dress in a manor that is comfortable to them as well as the people around them. ie. not showing off all of your god giving figure.

Clean clothes. Just hate to sit next to someone that is not into hygiene.
