Angry and hurtful words Bex - anything negative in fact as they do so much damage which sometimes cannot be undone. xx

anything you may regret saying later. You can say something in the heat of the moment and when you've cooled off/time has passed the person may have died and you'll never get the chance to make amends. Also some words cut so deeply that the wound never heals.
