Jesus was neither Jewish nor Christian, he was gnostic (and so was his wife and Judas also). There's plenty of evidence to support this now. So anyway if that is true then his "father in heaven" was only a metaphor for an incomprehensible cosmic force. Gnostics were practically atheists and they weren't concerned with "higher powers", their power was "within". Jesus said "the kingdom of heaven is within you." This came from the Greeks "Man, Know Thyself".

Didn't have to convert to Judaism. He was a Jew, and were all his apostles and all the earliest Christians. Need a history lesson? Read the Bible.

He did not convert to Judaism, he was born to a Jewish mother, which makes him Jewish.

Jesus was born Jewish and died Jewish.
There was no Christianity at that time. That religion formed years after his death and resurrection (as per the Bible anyway).

He would still have been a Jew.
