My foot doctor made me where a boot on my left foot because I cant stand the extreme pain from any pressure on my left heel.
The MRI tech said that the doc was looking for a possible fasciil rupture in the heel. What is that and what is the treatment?

The treatment is the boot. Pray tell me do you have or use a Jeep, SUV, if so this is what has caused the problem.

I had to do some research on this topic which has to do with a tear in a kind of tissue called the fascia. Here's the link to the search I did that may be able to give you even more help:
