ok i told this guy that i like friend that i did something and it was personal and i think he told him and now he is like looking at me and like asked me out and stuff and i think he only aske dme out becuse of what his friend told him should i say yes or no i really have liked this guy for 4 years

You should definitely say yes. It could turn out bad or good but if you really like someone it's better to be with them and have it turn sour then to not and wonder what could have been.

has he liked you or paid attention towards you at all during these 4 years?
if your answer is no, then hes not worth it. i mean, hes just listening to that friend of yours. im sorry.
dont waste your time on a guy that wont waste his time on you.

I guess it boils down to whether you like him enough to want to go out with him even if he does know[whatever it is].
But if you want to be sure,
you should find out if he knows.
And if you don't want to make it seem like it's true,
ignore him,
or when he asks questions don't react too much.
