everyone thinks they have the "right" religion and that everyone should convert to their religion. i am a christian, but sometimes i think "what if the other people are right and they really do have the "right" religion?" I am a strong christian beliver (i go to church 3-4 times a week, and i am getting re-babtised on december 30) but if i were to leave my house right now and by chance get hit by a car and die, would those thoughts prevent me from getting into heaven because i have doubt or am i fine because it was just a thought that ran through my mind once?

Those doubts would more likely bring you towards truth.

I often think this too. I think i feel that way because I take the shall not judge part to heart, and think they must have the same feeling as I towards their own religion. Also you look at others and see that their commitment is stronger. I dont see many baptist sahving their heads. But it boils down to the first thing you feel in your heart. I do believe Jesus was Gods son and died for me.

Nobody can tell you if it is a right religion or wrong religion.

Or if it's best not to have a religion.

You need to find out for yourself what works for you. If you are satisfied with Christianity, then it works.

Satan is always trying to put doubt into our minds - welcome to the club! I think the closer we are to God the more he persists, because if he gets to you he can get to all the people who are following, or watching you. He never stops, just laugh in his face, he's such a liar! And no, it will not stop you from going to heaven, that's ANOTHER lie!

Don't think it's fine. If you let it slip by, it'll grow into something bigger. Kill it while it's still young. Ask for forgiveness and show God you really want to believe. Fast and pray.

If people who had doubts don't go to heaven then there would be no one in heaven.

it's not doubt but fear...fear that you are not serving God right...it's ok because you have good faith in God...That is good. Pray, Pray
