I dont like to hang out much. I like to be myself and stuff. Well anyway my main focus is on my studies, my friends are rebels, they like to have sex, do drugs and all. I like them, and hang out with them when I want to, but not all times.
Well when my friend tells me something about her like her boyfriend that she only knew for 2 days, it kind of upsets me because shes going through all this stuff, and im not. But I dont want to anyway but It still upsets, I think its not worth what my friends are doing but I still feel upset about that. Anything I can do?

Yeah, but I Chose not to go out, I dont like to. My friends and I just, hang out in one place and talk, I dont wanna go out for that. I rather deal other issues

I dont think the problem is my friends, my friends are caring towards me when something happens, but I dont do things they do, im not into drugs etc

Wait a few years..they will be knocking on your door for mature advise..they will be over all their partying and want a friend they can share important stuff with..you will end up being the team leader..for now..what you are doing is the best survival tactic to get you through this phase in your life...been there

Just because your friends are into drugs, doesn't mean you have to do them, in which your not right, not even a swig of alcohol or a puff puff pass. Just continue with your studies, and try and convince your friend to stop spreading her legs before she ends up with an STD.

Talk to new people. Throw away this shyness and get to know people. Get out on weekends with friends and do stuff together. Meet new people, you know, the normal teen stuff. Of course you can leave time for studying, but you need to have a little fun in your life too.

i think you are a great friend and person. you still want to remain close to your friends but be yourself. you dont have to drink, do drugs and have sex to be cool and fit in. its really not worth it anyways.
i see its hard for you to fit in but do you have any other friends who are into the things you are? you can have a wide variety of friends and if they are your friends they will understand. hang out with them when they dont do these things. example...plan to hang out with them on the afternoons and go see a movie go out to lunch etc.

Be your own person. What other people do or don't do isn't important. Don't feel you have to conform to social norms, because you don't.
It's unfortunate, but many people have a sheep mentality. What you describe as being a "rebel" is really just social conformity.

Life is short, enjoy the time you have here. You should just have fun and not do anything stupid like drugs. You should make plans every weekend. Join a club or sport, ya never know it could be fun, I'm sure you could still be yourself.
