Love him anyway. The fact that he doesn't return your love will never affect the fact that you are really and truly brothers. Even if he doesn't recognize it. Frustrating and heart-breaking as it is, I would suggest that you show him your love every chance you get. I'm in your place a lot, and I know how hard it is.

Do nothing. Just be yourself.
Tell him that you understand why he thinks this and that it is false, and that if he reconsiders, you'll be there for him. Sometimes people need space to think about things. The more you actively try to convince your brother otherwise, the more he'll think you have something to hide.
You can try to keep lines of communication open through family members and friends.
