Baby Blue...insurance or not I would recommend seeking some sort of medical advice from a real doctor. If you are not anorexic or bolemic then there might be a serious problem here. Visit an emergency room and spend my dollars, I gladly give you permission but you may actually have a serious problem beyond the pregnency answer.

have you thought of the chance that you might be in the early stages of pregnancy? or you could have the flu.

Larger hernias may cause the following signs and symptoms when stomach acids back up into your esophagus.

Heartburn
Belching
Chest pain
Nausea
These signs and symptoms tend to become worse when you lean forward, strain, lift heavy objects or lie down, and they can also worsen during pregnancy.

most websites say that it causes severe pain like a heart attack. what you described didn't sound like that. so i suggest you take it slow and have a fluid diet for a little bit and slowly try foods again like a bit of banana here and there. and work your way back nothing big and if it doesn't get better definitely go to a Dr.
