The Blue Book has the model numbers listed incorrectly. The single shot 750 IS the Pioneer model. The 865 repeater was sold as the Plainsman, not the Pioneer as listed.
The pricing listed by other answers is correct. I'm sure you won't find a 100% new in the box unfired gun that is still only worth $85.00. Most in decent shape should be priced between $40.00 - $60.00.

Manufacture was discontinued in 1985. According to the 2007 Blue Book of Gun Values, one with 100% of the original finish is worth $85 and one with 60% is $35. With less finish than that they are virtually worthless.

We really can't answer that question without knowing what condition the gun is in. Also we'd need the serial # to find out when it was manufactured.

P.S. Don't give us the serial #, that's not something you should put online.

H&R's are what is referred to as "cheapos", so even in excellent condition, I doubt you can get more than $125-$150.
