WHAT?

HGTV was there before the bubble even inflated. Just because some lazy dumbas$ can't afford houses when they bought in does not mean that the program will change. Houses will still be there, it has already been built. Don't forget those dumbas$ will now live in apartments and watch the show wishing they have a house again one day.

Foreclosure houses will be bought up by the other people at a cheap price and be rented out.

No, it becomes more important for people to know how to re-design and/or stage their home for re-sale than ever. Their shows aren't just about the good times. They give info that covers important info about everyday design and selling of your home. It doesn't change.

No. I like what dawnb had to say and agree with her.My parents ,well dad use to do home improvements before he got hurt at work back in February.
