Ok, I am a bartender. I have seen just about all types of drinkers. I have yet to really see any type of drinking, whether it be in moderation or heavy, worth it. In other words, I have seen no pros. If you feel good one minute, you wont the next. If it makes you brave today, tomorrow you are ashamed. If you are celebrating, you could take it too far...or you may be a lucky type that can hold their own. There is always a down side.
I guess some would say that drinking can help them relax at night, or help them sleep. But then, you may just become dependant. Seeing every type of drinker daily, has made me not want to drink at all!

Moderation is the key word.
Bad stuff happens when people overdo it. Having a drink or 2 and loosening up is fine.
5000 years of drinking can't be wrong. Just don't over do it.....The "good" part?....Getting loose with somebody you really like.....You can do some stuff you wouldn't normally do.
Life is short, do it all and be moderate.....Safe and crazy are fun..........It offsets going to work everyday.

Some say the a glass of red wine helps against things like heart attack and such. I know a old guy that said he read something about a drink a week helps you say healthy.
