The Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. They're all the same in a way. Jesus was a human when He came down to earth, but still God.

Jehovah: The personal name of the only true God. His own self-designation. Jehovah is the Creator and, rightfully, the Sovereign Ruler of the universe. “Jehovah” is translated from the Hebrew Tetragrammaton, הוהי, which means “He Causes to Become.” These four Hebrew letters are represented in many languages by the letters JHVH or YHWH.

(Psalm 83:18) That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth.

Jesus Christ: The only-begotten Son of God, the only Son produced by Jehovah alone. This Son is the firstborn of all creation. By means of him all other things in heaven and on earth were created. He is the second-greatest personage in the universe. It is this Son whom Jehovah sent to the earth to give his life as a ransom for mankind, thus opening the way to eternal life for those of Adam’s offspring who would exercise faith. This same Son, restored to heavenly glory, now rules as King, with authority to destroy all the wicked and to carry out his Father’s original purpose for the earth. The Hebrew form of the name Jesus means “Jehovah Is Salvation”; Christ is the equivalent of the Hebrew Ma·shi′ach (Messiah), meaning “Anointed One.”

(Luke 1:32) This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and Jehovah God will give him the throne of David his father,

All Sons / Messengers / etc. who took birth and died, were people who could understand God and wanted to let others also know God.
There is only one God, people interpret God in different names and forms. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe, present everywhere and is beyond life and death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future, and remember ignorance gives failures. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Improve by Gaining and Sharing utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Best, Right, Good, Truth, God against Worst, Wrong, Bad, Untruth, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

God is The Almighty, Jehovah. He is the creator. He is the sovereign of the Universe. He sits on His throne in Heaven and the angels cater to Him. One of His angels was called Michael. He was the first and only-begotten angel. He was Michael the Archangel. Michael was the one who went to earth and was born Immanuel or Jesus.
Jesus was God's messenger in that he came here to teach us all about Jehovah. And also died for our sins so as to buy us back from sin and death.

All of God's angels and humans are sons of God. But Jesus earned double honor and so much respect for suffering for us and loving us that much.

Jesus was the Son of God which indicates a share in the Divine Nature. Jesus is therefore God, as the second person in the trinity. He is not God all by Himself but shares it equally with two other persons while there is still ONLY ONE God. If Jesus was not truly the Son of God, He should have even denied that title in favor of "Messenger of God", "Chosen One" or even Messiah". The Jews understood Son of God as making Himself equal to God. Jesus only denied being God all by Himself, while maintaining there is still only ONE God, who was known as the Father (endearment term out of respect).

Ok, this is going to be hard to understand unless you know some religion.

First there was "The Word", God, and Son. -- this is The Trinity.

God created all, He can to Earth in the form of Man, the Son to spread the "Word", the "Word" is The Holy Spirit that lives within us all.

If you don't have the "Word"/Spirit, you will have a hard time understanding God, and his Son, Jesus, who spread the "Word" of God.

The question is NOT "...who was God?" It is when will I meet God. He is still there, He didn't go away.

It's confusing, I know, but I think Wikipedia had a good reply to this, or search for any Catholic site for the Holy Trinity, and it explains it better.

Simply, they are 1, yet 3, God who made things, Jesus (God) who came to Earth to spread the "Word", the Holy Spirit that lies in each of us who believe.

This make the 3 of the Holy Trinity.

Now, ask my about the Virgin Mary's Assupmtion into Heaven, in Body and Soul, and is seated with them...

;)

Jesus Christ was God manifested in the flesh. God is a spirit. He manifested himself in the man, Jesus Christ. Thus the verse, II Cor. 5:19.
