Juvenile offenders, not having reached adulthood, shouldn't face the lifelong consequences of their crimes...unless the crime is so serious that any reasoning being would have to comprehend its impact.

When dealing with juvenile and adult offenders the goal is to reform them so they can become productive members of society. Criminal actively has not became entrenched in the Juvenile. Juveniles need to be given the opportunely reform with out being exposed to more criminal actively. Adult jails are like training grounds for criminals.

I think that it is thought that juveniles make more mistakes in that part of their lives We have all done some foolish things at that age.. They deserve another chance.
