how to i burn 4,500 calories???? like really easy or how many minutes would that take?

depends on how much you weigh. the caloric expenditure during exercise is determined by both the amount of muscle that the person has and the level of intensity that exercise is performed at. a 200 lb person at "x" % body fat burns substantially more calories per unit of exercise than another at 100 lbs with "x" amount of body fat. at 150 lbs at a moderate level of intensity it would take a good 6-7 hours to burn 4,500 calories with exercise alone
