I bought this Wheight Gainer 2200 Gold (Pro Performance) and it says to put three rounded sccops. That seems like way to much powder, And the plastic scoop inside is huge. I tried it and I cant even swallow it with that many scoops added to milk. How do I know how much to put in the milk? I think I might be doing it wrong. How much do I put? And still get the amount of calories I need to gain weight?

to gain weight at a healthy rate you only need to create a slight caloric excess in the diet. basically all you need to do is to increase the cals by 10% each week or two until weight gain occurs. once you start to gain weight then stay at that caloric intake until either you reach your goal weight or weight gain halts. monitor your body fat bi-weekly once weight gain occurs so you can make any neccessary changes to your diet. you can get some hand caliper off the Internet for $8

My son uses something like that (Whey Protein Powder) and it mixes the same way. We just use two scoops instead of three in 8 ounces of milk. I don't know if it is going to work the same but it is really gross being that thick. good luck :)

if it says 3 scoops use 3 scoops
just use more milk
if it tastes that bad use chocolate syrup(sugar free)
trust me i have had the same problem
i take whey and creatine and their dosages dont seem right and are thick for the whey
so usually i add more water/milk
