I always have pains in my lower stomach. It keeps me up until 4am, and I'm only 13. It's usually followed by a headache.

Please tell someone so you can get help. Are you eating properly? Do you go to the bathroom regularly and are you constipated? young girls go thru so much change in their bodies and it is confusing. Go to the doctor just to make sure. My daughter is 13 and I just took her because she was hurting very low in her stomach. The doctor explained about all the changes and my daughter started eating better and her stomach pains got better. Good luck.

If you have pain in your lower stomach, and it happens alot, then you should see a doctor becuase it could be a stomach ulcer. They are not dangerous unless you don't get them tended to. Hope you feel better :}

have you gotten your period yet? If you haven't you could be starting your period. I got really sick the first time i got my period. I was out of school for three days because I was so sick.

Talk to your mom or dad or an aunt. If it isn't your period then you should see a doctor.
