Take Nurse Susan's suggestions about organizing your space. Examine the things that you have & ask yourself, "Does that belong there?" If not, then "Where does it go?" "Do I really need/like this?" If not, throw it away or donate it. If the item doesn't already have a designated place where it belongs, then create a specific place for it & always make sure that it goes back there. For example, my makeup goes in the middle drawer of my nightstand. After I use it, instead of leaving it out on the dresser, I make sure that I put it back in its drawer.
Next, pick a bedding set. Look at all the websites out there & note each one that you think screams "sexy." For example, I love the Alexandria 4-piece Comforter Set and the Ruby Splendor 4-piece Comforter Set on this page, but definitely decide for yourself:

Get some romantic artwork, like this:

As for a wall color, I would keep it fairly neutral so that your bedding & artwork will stand out - something like "cresent cream" by sherwin williams:

And get some romantic lamps, candles, and fragrances. Other textures can add to the sensual experience as well, like a wool rug, velvet curtains and silk sheets.

Use darker sultry colors, silky fabrics -- more sophisticated patterns such as tone-on-tone damask or stripe; lots of pillows on the bed and layers of bedding, a strong headboard; matching side tables with matching tall bedside lamps (either on the wall or tabletop) that are more formal and elegant (think symmetry around the bed).
Candles, clusters of them -- also those wall pieces (usually made out of iron scroll) with votives. Add a big mirror over your dressing table with a beautiful frame. Long drapes to the floor if you can, hung high above the windows to create height. Dark wood furniture.
Conceal clutter, organize and hide it away. The room should feel calm and relaxing with no TV (or hidden -- anything electronic).
If you'd like to add a deep color to the walls, think about adding a chairrail molding around the room midway and doing the bottom half a neutral cream. That way the room won't feel so closed in and dark, but you'll still get the effect of the color.

Try going into google or yahoo image search and key in sexy bedrooms, or bedrooms, or bedroom design or whatever you're looking for and see what comes up. Most images link to websites for more info.

get away from florals, frills, and primary colors. go subtle. use a more neutral pallette. try to think in sleek straight lines instead of curves. take care of the unsexy clutter with cupboards or closed in shelving......dont be afraid to use darker colors than what you normally would. some sophisticated color schemes are: silver, grey, and eggplant ;;
sage green, chocolate brown, and wine red;; cinnamon, black, and copper;; ochre, espresso, and bronze
use vertical stripes, use metallic colors for accent, use a dimmer for your light fixtures.

1] get rid of clutter - toss it, donate it, store it
2] store in underbed containers, closet shelves with dividers, shoe and purse racks
3] get different textures - satin, velvet, 'fur', brocade for various bedding or chairs or pillows
4] use one print for bedding and windows, then paint the walls one of the background colors, and use other color in accessories - lamp/shade, vase, ornament, flowerpot, candles/holders
5] frame all art in similar color/material - brass or chrome, oak or walnut, colored enamel
6] get rid of anything that isn't pretty and elegant

black is optimal with pink or purple .in the journey that your room is small then its have been given to be a easy shade on the ceiling and perhaps basically a characteristic wall in black with pink or silver perhaps. good success
