stomach ache, tired?

im in the middle of my period, and i have a stomach ache, i'm tired, and i really dont have much of an appitite. i dont know what to do, and school is getting so much worse. I sleep alot, so why aren't i getting better?

There are a number of possibilities such as that of a virus. I would recommend letting your mom (if a minor) know what's going on as well as your doctor so that they can evaluate the situation further to try and figure out what is causing the stomach ache.
