I used to have this problem myself, luckily enough it was my own brother, so i used to tell him not to do it. You need to discuss this with your husband, and kindly tell him that he has worn out his welcome. You need to be honest. It's your house after all. If you don't want to throw him out he needs to relax in his own space and you or you hubby should be honest with him, its the only way you will get your house back. Good luck. :)

Have a conversation with your husband and then you two come up with what you both feel is acceptable for you. Then he needs to talk to his brother. The other option is simply that he must move. It could start to come between your relationship. It caused problems with us and now my bil doesn't talk to us and it's very sad for my husband.
