The "Big Bang Theory" is idiotic and ridiculous, as is the idea that the Bible is some "form of entertainment". The elements needed to form such a "big bang" would have had to have originated from somewhere. Gases, like anything else that inanimate, simply don't just exist. They start from some source. You can't dismiss the idea of God based on appearance. You can't see the wind, can you? You can't see evaporation, can you? Yet we all know by the signs and evidence that it exists. The same goes by looking at signs of great intelligence and design found in the design and systems of the human body or the makeup of the physical universe. The earth just happened to be and happened to be located in exact the right position and axis tilt to support life because of some chance "big bang"? ABSURD. If you take notice of the signs of God's existance, then it's not implausible to note that he has incredible power and ability, and as such, it wouldn't be out of his realm of ability to transfer the life of his son, whom he created directly, into the womb of a human woman. Sometimes logic and common sense have to come into play when there simply is no "solid proof" for certain things.
Basically what you're doing with this "question" is not asking a question at all. You're trying to tell US what you think, and then you've shut your mind off to anyone who tries to explain why they feel otherwise. You're just looking for someone to agree with you, and my suspicion is that your chosen "best answer" will have that very tone to it......agreement with you.

The 66 books of the Bible are the inspired Word of God and were caused by God to be written by a great many authors from different walks of life over a period of roughly 1400 years.
The proof it is inspired by God is in the hundreds of prophecies foretold in the Bible that came true (with 100 percent accuracy) hundreds of years after they were made...no other book or author(s) can claim that.... only God sees all of time at once and can inspire men to write these down. It's statistically impossible for even 12 to come true just in the hundreds that were made regarding Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection, yet they did.
Another proof of a creator God would be in the fact that life cannot form from non-living matter....it must have been created. The scientific Law of Biogenesis states that life comes from previous life...it is not a theory but a law that has been observed to be true in every instance. Therefore, for life to have begun on earth or anywhere else, it must have been created. Science has yet to demonstrate how this is possible through purely naturalistic means let alone how the informational code of DNA...which all living things have, could have arisen from nothing.
It is also important to note how finely tuned the universe, the laws of physics and nature and our world seem to be for life to exist. If the force of gravity, for instance, were ever so minutely altered, life would be impossible. Or the cosmological constant. Or any number of laws in the universe....they all need to be very exact and in place for life to exist which indicates a creator far more than random chance occurence. The properties of our earth and solar system also seem to show that we are unique in all the universe.

Hee, you're funny.
On one hand, you say you stop asking questions because "some things are meant to be left alone." That's a statement of faith. But you want SOLID PROOF that there is a God! Why is a little mystery okay with you when it comes to the big bang theory, but not okay when it comes to religious theory? Is it because the big bang theory does not include any deity for you to answer to but religion does? In other words, you prefer to be your own god, so you have a vested interest in asking for "solid proof" that you have predetermined does not exist. So anybody who offers you what they believe to be "solid proof" will be faced with your automatic dismissal as "not true evidence."
Okay, then, moving on...
You ask, "Did somebody see him walk out of the sky and say hello" - ? Yes, actually. More than one person saw God appear. Moses, for one. Paul on the road to Damascus. Of course, since this "evidence" is only preserved by religious organizations (the Jews and the Christians), you are going to automatically reject it and stick with your own claim. Regardless of the fact that you are rejecting it simply because your OPINION (no evidence!) is that the Bible is a form of entertainment written by some idiot. (Obviously, you know very little about the Bible -- it wasn't written by ONE person, for starters!)
I agree that a virgin cannot give birth. It's impossible. And that's what makes it a MIRACLE. That's the definition of a miracle: when the impossible happens. And that's why Jesus came to earth via a virgin birth -- to show that He is God. Nobody but God could do something like that.
Oh, don't worry. He did walk out of the sky and say "Hello" to Paul (and to a number of other people then and throughout history since then).
But as I said, since the evidence was only preserved through religious groups, you're just going to reject it out of hand without any consideration of it, because you'd much rather be your own god than answer to anybody else.

The burden of proof lies with neither the believer nor the non-believer. The burden of proof lies with God Himself. God said, and I quote,
"Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, 'My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure,'" Isaiah 46:9-10
So, not only does God say that He is the ONLY living and true God, He challenges all other holy books and prophets to bring their own "burden of proof" by declaring what takes place in the future as if it had already happened. Only God can prophecy (history told in advance) and only those speaking from God Himself could do so.
"Let them bring forth and show us what will happen; let them show the former things, what they were, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare to us things to come. Show the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that you are gods; yes, do good or do evil, that we may be dismayed and see it together." - Isaiah 41:22-23
So the burden of proof lies on the one that claims the position of God. If the Bible is God's Word, then prophecy will be 100%--and there is an extreme amount of proof for that. If it were a book written for entertainment, then it is written by man, and man is incapable of prophesying the future as if it were past with 100% accuracy.

All other writings, books or apocryphal writings do not have prophecy to prove its origin. And God has placed the burden of proof on Himself, and has challenged others with it as well. And from my 37 years of studying the Bible, I have found that not only does He exist, but that the Bible is indeed His Word and that all other books are left wanting.
As for the virgin birth. You are absolutely correct about that. It would have to be a miracle, which is why it was originally setup as a sign to King Asah who did not want to see a miracle that God was indeed speaking to him. God proclaimed...
"Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin [Mary] shall conceive and bear a Son [Yeshua], and shall call His name Immanuel [ie God is with us]."

Your question makes it sound like if I went to heaven, took a polaroid picture of God Himself, and somehow came back down to post it on the internet, you still wouldn't believe.
There are numerous writings (not only the Bible) that mention Jesus and the events of the Bible. Josephus is one of the more famous authors around the time of Christ.
You want undeniable proof? You give my ANY undeniable proof about ANYTHING, and I'll deny it just for the sake of proving that you won't believe undeniable proof.
That's the flaw in your logic.

When you ask for "solid proof" consider the introduction to this essay where the author talks about the type of person the proof he provides will consider it to be adequate and then ask your self if you are that type of person.
Testimony of the Evangelists by Simon Greenleaf (1783-1853)
Greenleaf, one of the principle founders of the Harvard Law School, originally set out to disprove the biblical testimony concerning the resurrection of Jesus Christ. He was certain that a careful examination of the internal witness of the Gospels would dispel all the myths at the heart of Christianity. But this legal scholar came to the conclusion that the witnesses were reliable, and that the resurrection did in fact happen.

In examining the evidence of the Christian religion, it is essential to the discovery of truth that we bring to the investigation a mind freed, as far as possible, from existing prejudice, and open to conviction. There should be a readiness, on our part, to investigate with candor to follow the truth wherever it may lead us, and to submit, without reserve or objection, to all the teachings of this religion, if it be found to be of divine origin. "There is no other entrance," says Lord Bacon, "to the kingdom of man, which is founded in the sciences, than to the kingdom of heaven, into which no one can enter but in the character of a little child." The docility which true philosophy requires of her disciples is not a spirit of servility, or the surrender of the reason and judgment to whatsoever the teacher may inculcate; but it is a mind free from all pride of opinion, not hostile to the truth sought for, willing to pursue the inquiry, and impartiality to weigh the arguments and evidence, and to acquiesce in the judgment of right reason. The investigation, moreover, should be pursued with the serious earnestness which becomes the greatness of the subject--a subject fraught with such momentous consequences to man. It should be pursued as in the presence of God, and under the solemn sanctions created by a lively sense of his omniscience, and of our accountability to him for the right use of the faculties which he has bestowed.
In requiring this candor and simplicity of mind in those who would investigate the truth of our religion, Christianity demands nothing more than is readily conceded to every branch of human science. All these have their data, and their axioms; and Christianity, too, has her first principles, the admission of which is essential to any real progress in knowledge. "Christianity," says Bishop Wilson, "inscribes on the portal of her dominion 'Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, shall in nowise enter therein.' Christianity does not profess to convince the perverse and headstrong, to bring irresistible evidence to the daring and profane, to vanquish the proud scorner, and afford evidences from which the careless and perverse cannot possibly escape. This might go to destroy man's responsibility. All that Christianity professes, is to propose such evidences as may satisfy the meek, the tractable, the candid, the serious inquirer."

Here's some logical argumentative proof about the Bible. If you really want to consider the question fairly and don't already have your mind made up to disagree like a juror who has been bribed before the trial, then check it out. Even if you still don't agree, at least you can perhaps understand why others believe and that their faith isn't based purely upon a desire to believe a "myth".

Solid proof is of this plane only. Spiritual truth is revealed through the heart. There is more spirit in nature than physical , this planet is but a testing ground, a 'boot camp', if you will, for souls. Your heart is not looking for truth, for you attack it. Read the Bible and serve God; all the truth lies therein. All things are possible, and science is so limited. We are infants on this planet, but with eternity to grow, understanding will follow. Grow with God. Amen.

Put some stuff in a bathtub and create a house. You can't. Therefore Big, Bang doesn't work.
Look around at everything that is here. How can you not believe in a creator?
Cars, houses, clothing...everything has a creator. Why not a universal creator of life?

First, you need to study the history of the Bible, how it was written, who wrote it, et cetera.
Next, you need to find out what it actually says so you can know with what you are disagreeing.
There are many different TYPES of evidence available.
First, the archeological digs that have proven that the accounts in the Bible took place when and where the Bible says it did.
Second, the prophecies (on the average of 1 in every 6 or 8 versus is prophetic in nature, and some have a double prophecy, for the immediate future, and for the distant future.) In fact over 300 prophecies were fulfilled in the life of Jesus alone.
Daniel tells us WHEN Messiah would be born.
Micah tells us WHERE.
Isaiah tells us HOW.
Daniel and Isaiah tell us WHY.
Other prophecies talk about what he would do, while on earth, while others tell us how he would die - 1500 years before the Romans ever even invented the crucifixion!
I guess you don't believe that Rome ever existed? (At least that's the implication in your statements.)
Do the math and calculate the odds of 300 prophecies.
The greatest evidence, of course, is the affect the Bible has on those who have yielded to it's message of Love and repentance. I, myself, was set free from a lifestyle of drugs, booze, etc., all in a moment of time. Well, perhaps it took 3 seconds. I have known others who have been set free from addictions to meth, alcohol, and heroine, not to mention addictions to pornography, abuse, etc.
Of course, I could go into the science behind the living cell, such as the "energy cycle" used within the mitochondria that converts raw materials into usable energy for the cell.
I could go on and describe the way proteins are synthesized, as well.
I think my favorite subject is the DNA.
We have here a double-strand of complex molecules that act as a highly complex information data storage and retrieval system that makes the Cray Supercomputer look like child's play! Now, we KNOW that the Cray was designed, built, and programmed by intelligent scientists, but you would like us to believe that the DNA (which makes the Cray look like child's play, as I already stated), was the result of a series of accidents!
Even Dr. Flue, who is cracking the DNA code, had to renounce atheism as he continued his research into the DNA. He received a lot of criticism from his colleagues, but he said in an interview that it would be "intellectual suicide" to continue believing in evolution with all the information he has learned. (I guess you think you're smarter than Dr. Flue?)
Back to the DNA. This data information storage and retrieval system comes pre-programmed, and anybody who knows anything at all about information systems will tell you that data is NEVER the results of random accidents. Information is ALWAYS the results of intelligent design. Ask any computer programmer. Oh, wait - you can just ask me, as I AM a programmer, and I'm telling you that there is NO way that random chaos can EVER result in intelligible information!
Again, back to the DNA for one last look.
The DNA is a double-strand of highly complex molecules coiled into a double-helix.
This double-strand first uncoils itself, then splits up into 2 separate strands. Each strand then acts like a magnet and attracts molecules to itself to form an exact mirror image of itself, called the RNA, which goes off to do other things. In the meantime, these two strands of DNA then find each other again, reconnect, and then coil itself back up again.
This can NEVER occur naturally, nor by a series of random accidents.
Evolution is a lie. In fact, some of the so-called evidence to support evolution was actually planted in order to be found again.
The only problem with the piltdown man (the "missing link"!) is that the fools who planted the bones didn't first analyze what KIND of bones they were planting. As it turns out, the piltdown man was based on the tooth of a boar! A dead pig! This unscientific method is totally dishonest in its approach, and yet those who support the idea of evolution continue to ignore the facts!
Of course, there have been other hoaxes that have been uncovered, but it really only takes one to discredit the entire theory, like a dominoe effect.
Now then, in the words of Sherlock Holmes (Sir Arthur Conan Doyle), "When you have eliminated the impossible, then whatever is left, no matter how improbable, must be the truth."
Applying that to our current discussion, let me repeat this: "When you have eliminated the impossible (ie evolution), then whatever is left (ie intelligent design and God), no matter how improbable, MUST be the truth."
The Bible is the Word of God, and evolution is a myth. You may choose to ignore the facts, but then it's no longer an intellectual problem, but a moral problem.
You don't believe in God for one reason: you don't WANT to believe in God! Jesus said it like this: "People refuse to come to me because their deeds are evil!" (I didn't say it, Jesus did.)
