first off WAY to much food if your looking for protein
second
the reeses cup isnt helping
buy some protein shakes
i recomend probalic-sr 2.17 pounds(30$) it tastes bad but has very nice results
or if your looking for a good tasting proetin with good results you can get 100% Optimum nutrition whey or muscle milk
runs for about $35 for 2.17 pounds

Um that is a lot of protien but some of it isn't the best way to get the protien that you are looking for. Try protien shakes or
Foods that are high in protein like:

meats - beef, chicken, fish, turkey, and lamb
milk and cheese - yogurt, cottage cheese, and cream cheese
eggs
peanut butter (with bread or crackers)
dried beans and peas (with bread, cornbread, rice)

Hope this helps.

you don't want to consume fat post workout. fats delay gastric emptying or the amount of time that it takes the stomach to empty. the majority of digestion takes place in the lower GI not in the stomach. you want nutrients to be digested rapidly so that the repair process can start. the muscles have to first repair themselves before they can adapt and grow stronger. whey protein would be optimum for post workout, if you can't get that then either low fat skim milk or cooked egg whites will do. you only need about 20 grams of protein after training with at least double that in carbs. you would want to wait about 1-1.5 hours after the post workout meal then consume a regular balanced meal. 60% of muscle growth occurs at night but "only" if there are adequate nutrients available. before bed you want to consume either a blended protein or something like low fat cottage cheese and maybe a small serving of nuts (1-2 oz.)
