Download and run this application, with either your memory card in a card reader attached to your computer, or after connecting your camera to your computer via the USB cable.
This is a free program, and it works very well.

There are usually ways to recover things what you need is a program called restoration. Download it and run it, select your memory card and if you're lucky the deleted pictures will show up in the restoration window they just restore them.

I highly doubt it, unlike a lot of computers that put it in a recycling bin, so things like this don't happen...most camera's don't have enough memory to do so, so unfortunately your files are probably lost.
