age? money? abuse? safety?
U have to have a good reason.. money for an attorney if u don't no what u are doing
file the papers .. go before an judge..
and then it could or could not be justifiable..
the judge determines that..
can u support Ur self?

I wonder if you have been feeling used or a bit like the scapegoat? I sense that you need to be careful that some people around you may not have your best interests at heart so you need to keep your eyes open.
Try to summon up your strength and courage at this time. You really need it. It's time for you to ease out of this situation - try to find your escape - it's much deserved.
Again, try really hard not to get yourself taken advantage of. This is what I sense strongest of all about you in regards to the question you asked. Hope this helps.
