I would first like to stress that you are ONLY 13. You still have some maturity and growing to do physically and emotionally. Don't stunt yourself by starting to develop a poor self image.
There is nothing wrong with you. You are going through those awkward years all us women go through when we don't like our bodies. But don't get into a habit of putting yourself down. Right now is when you should develop a strong self image and a good amount of self confidence.
Listen to your friends and begin liking yourself as they do.

Let me break down both methods of figuring your weight. The first is used on adults. It's the BMI number. The second is from the standard growth chard all pediatric offices use.

The standard BMI (body mass index) break down is used for adults 18 and over: your number would be 18.59 given the numbers you provided. The formula is your weight x 703 /your height in inches/ your height in inches.....
105x703/63/63 = 18.59

below 18.5 underweight
18.5 - 24.9 healthy weight*************
25 - 29.9 overweight
30 - 39.9 obesity
40 or more - morbid obesity

For a 13 year old girl you are just above the 50%ile for your height and just below the 50%ile for your weight.
So that means you are NOT over weight.

Instead of focusing on losing weight why not focus on keeping areas tone. You'll thank yourself when your older.

You have no reason to feel fat. While children can generally weigh less than normal and still be healthy, you're still very thin. Please listen to your friends when they say you are not fat.

Is someone in your family or friends making you feel like you need to lose weight? 13 years old is no time to worry about things like that, you have a lot of growing to do, and your brain is developing faster than ever, trying to lose weight can harm that process and limit your potential.

If the need to lose weight comes from inside you, remember that you are a healthy, developing child. You can eat healthy and move a lot, but please do not focus on weight. Lots of veggies and fruits, protein, and good fats will have you looking radiant, and you won't have to endanger your health.

I'm no expert on height to weight stuff, but know its rubbish.

most of the whys of figuring it out, don't take into account how much is muscle

you are only 13, you height could change massively in only a few months at that age. so don;t try to loose too much

Please be careful, look after yourself

wowww, you do nottt need to lose weight. I'm almost 14 and i'm 110 pounds and 5'5 and i think i'm too skinny. don't. you're growing, and don't try to do anything to interfere unless your doctor tells you to, or else it could mess up things happening, such as your menstrual cycle.
