Guys what is up with his behavior?

At first we were really close but for the last month it's been a different story. I rarely see him and he travels here and there for whatever reason. One min he's in my city the next day he's in another. He raps and has shows and says thats what he's doing but what bothers me the most is that he'll tell me he's going to come see me and he doesn't. This has happened alot lately. He'll say he's coming back to my city later on and he's going to stay with me but he doesn't and he doesn't even call to say he;s not coming. I've told him several times that this bothers be but he keep doing it. The other day it was almost like I had to make him feel bad just so he could come and see me. He didn't come when he said so I called and told him how I felt and he's like Damn ok then meet me ova your house then when he got there before I did he said he was going to leave. He keeps saying he's in love n wants to marry me but I'm tired of misses him and getting happy then disappointed when he don't sho

Alot of tiimes it sounds like he is just partying. I don't know whether to leave him alone and be friends or continue to wait patiently for this to change. But I rarely see himand alot of times he just seems to busy for me or he'd rather do something else. This started when he got laid off from his job then it's gotten worse.

Truthfully, leave the guy alone, why you got it in your head to trust someone that knee deep into the "rap game" I well never know, social conditioning, your father was a rapper, or you just ignornat to the life style. But you wanting him to change, lol, one of the biggest red-flags for a relationship, that aside, your neglect is enough, its on you, but I sujest, letting go.....
