I don't think she'll be offended, but since she celebrates Hanukkah, why not wish her a Happy Hanukkah instead? In any case, she'll be happy to receive a gift from a friend. I'm Jewish and I receive gifts on both holidays. I love my friends of all faiths.

It is absolutely okay. A "Happy Holidays" card is fine too, especially this year, since Hanukkah is already long over.
But I do have a suggestion--in wrapping the gift, choose a non-symbolic paper? No manger-scenes, no Santa-Clauses. Pick something neutral like a red/green geometric design, or snowmen.... Your friend will notice and appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Yes, it's fine!
My cousin had a friend of hers, who happened to be Jewish, staying at her house for the holiday seasons ((Christmas)), and she gave her a gift and such.
I feel like it would actually be more rude to give everyone else a gift, but not her. Regardless of religion, no one wants to feel left out in a group of friends.
I'm sure the last the she wants is to feel differentiated from the rest of her/your friends because her religion is different.

Ya. It is fine. I know many Jewish people who love getting gifts, even on Christmas. In a society where everything is Christmas this time of year, it doesn't really matter. Wouldn't it be weirder if you gave all your friends a gift, and left her out?

I'm Jewish and I get Christmas gifts all the time. It is not offensive at all.

Give it to her as a Hanukkah gift. Make the card blue and silver and put snowflakes on it.
I have several Jewish friends I've given Hanukkah gifts to.

I think that's a nice idea. My daughter has a friend who's religion doesn't celebrate Christmas either, but she gives out friendship cards around that time, with little notes in telling her friends why they have made her year a little better. Its a nice thought, so go ahead.

The holiday part is fine but it depends if shes a big jewish person and she finds it offensive. But if shes your friend then i don't think it would matter.
