Falling head over heels in love takes a combination of things.
It takes time first of all and then commitment too the other person. It is a state of mind that must be worked on on an ongoing basis in order too maintain the relationship. It is a series of give and take between the two people involved and must be worked on daily. My wife and I have been married for 37 years and we both work on our relationship daily. I can honestly say that our relationship is stronger today than it was when we first met. At that time we were in lust and it has taken all of our 37 years together too develope into what it is today. Thank you for asking this question as giving the answer has made me realize how good our relationship has become

Well if you're a Divine Goddess I may be head over heels. I don't know what head over heels in love feels like. Maybe if she just did it for me I guess. I've yet to meet that kind of girl yet.

"Head over heels in love" isn't 'love'. It's infatuation.
It fades after 3 months.

I would say I would have to get to know the girl really well and spend time with her. For me, she has to be a fellow believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and a strong passion for the Lord.
