Dark Brown hair with Blue highlights?

Question

I have dark brown hair and i want some blue highlights in..but im not sure what it will look like and what shade it get..
im 13 years old and i need some pictures of what some of the shades in bron would look like!!
please send pictures!?!

my hairs dark brown too btw

go to ur hairdresser and say you want a long strip of dark blue ( I recomend a dark blue..it will look better) extention put into your hair...they are usually only about £5 a strip ..and they apply it under the top layer of your hair....this would be your best option because..if you want your hair dyed..seeing as your hair is so dark anyway..the hairdresser would have to totally bleach the parts you want blue ..which would damage your hair...then put the blue on. And then if you dont like it..you are stuck with it..
Atleast if you have these blue extentions put in..underneath the top layer of your hair..if you don't like them..u can just have them taken out without damagin your hair...plus its cheaper!

youve been here with this before havent you?
did you not go and have a look in images at google or anything.
i think last time you were worried bout it making the rest of your hair blue werent you? Hope you sorted that out satisfactorily!!
Make sure you not going to get in trouble doing it,, from your school or whatever.
Would of thought 'red' was the colour especially for this time of the year

..dark brown and blue does NOT look good together.
(trust me..) my friend did it before. she got so upset about it. she cut it boy short.

brown looks better with red.
one of my other friends has brown hair. she put like goldish highlights and put purple highlights too. it was wayyy cute.
but then again.

first off,
it can look good
just dont get HIGHLIGHTS.
get like strips of blue underneath
or just a strip of blue on the side.

because highlights are tacky
especially DISGUSTING when done with an unnatural color

but yeah if you want it to look good
i know two girls with brown hair
who have a tiny strip of turquoise/blue
underneath on one side
and it looks really good

well personally i think it would be cute, but maybe not brown, maybe you might want to dye your hair a little darker, and the blue would have to stand out, no freking aqua color, your hair would look like crap, literaly, but maybe a robins egg blue, would work
