After cleansing make sure you use toner. I personally like the the Neutrogena Acne Control wash with toner. ( an orange-ish liquid that foams) Regularly I use Mary Kay. Always, always use toner to close your pores after you wash your face. Oil control lotion is also important.

She should be put in prison for life, she is a criminal mentally ill or not. btw, those diagnosed as mentally ill and are also violent offenders only make up 3% of all violent crime. And there is no science that can connect ones mental illness to their violent act. I work with the mentally ill and even the crazy mofos on the street yelling, giving finger to cars going by, and gesticulating wildly are less a threat than "normal" violent offenders. I have concluded that most crazy ******* who come into mental health system become more violent after they are put on the torture drugs(e.g.abilify, olanzapine, seroquel, and the older neuroleptics like thorazine)is when they become violent. And the kids and adults who are outpatients and put on the more humane anti-depressants also become more violent. Psychiatric drugs are just as inhumane and agitating as the older more obvious inhuman treatments as endless shock treatments, lobotomies, dunking(water boarding), etc. Society confuses their vitamin pills with something benign and so they think visibly seeminly benign psych pills must be ok. The aforementioned psych drugs torture people on the inside. The more society confuses violence with mental illness, the more criminals(nuts or normal)get easier penalties, and at the same time laws are made to make it easier to force these inhumane drugs into people. If your lucky you get put on benzos(e.g.xanax, ativan, etc). They are more humane and effective in calming agitated persons. but it should be short term. benzodiazepines are harder and more dangerous to detox than heroin. If you are on benzos, DO NOT STOP COLD TURKEY. YOU WILL HAVE SEIZURES THAT CAN BE LETHAL....what disturbed people need more than anything else is love and caring, to be understood, to tolerate their strange but not violent behavior, not psych drugs. I truly have found that "love conquers all" the pain and suffering in this world

Since you've tried all these other things, you should probably go to a Dermatolagist. Some of those products are very drying and can make it worse. My son was prescribed an oral antibiotic and was clear in a month. Some Dr.'s also prescribe topical antibiotics. I know this can be frustrating, just be very gentle as not to make it worse and scar.

Drink LOTS of water daily, keep your system flushed out and hydrated. Keep your hair clean, wash it, and don't put much conditioner or hair oil on it, as that migrates to your face. Be consistent in using medication, cleansing, following directions. But keeping hair clean REALLY makes a difference. And washing your face several times a day can help, too.
