Not if the person is fully transitioned to the gender which they fully believe they are and it is opposite of your own. True-TSism is not a type of homosexuality or even transgenderism as many people think.
If you have male parts, and such a woman born with this condition has corrected her body to have female parts, then what is wrong? Can a person go to Hell for dating a person who has cancer? Why should it be any different for this medical condition?

As well as what?
No, having a relationship with a transsexual person (of either gender) is NOT a 'sin'. None of the religions that have the concept of 'sin' mention transsexual people at all.

Not merely will you not go to hell for it,it isn't even a sin!
First there were these lists, in the old testament, good example
the ten commandments (and good rules they are).
But then Christ came and revealed to his followers that
HE was the fullfillment of the law, so all of the old rules
did not apply in the same way.
So what used to be (as catholics might say) "mortal sins"
were now no longer mortal,if you believed in christ.
Now where does the bible say it is wrong to love, respect
and cherish another person, nor are there any prohibitions
against dating :)
And to help settle your homophobia ,even tho the love
of one man for another, which is sincere and pure is
not a sin. If you are dating a male-to-female transsexual
girl, she isn't a man,so there isn't even that angle to
worry about.

no love is love and not for anyone else to judge. being a transsexual is not sick. sick people mess with children and animals. you shouldnt feel bad about your relationship or your partner will be able to feel it and that would be the real "sin".

Yes it is a sin, but nobody goes to hell for any sin. You go to hell for not believing in Jesus Christ is the Son of God and died on the cross for your sins.
