You need a photohosting site, like Photobucket . Sign up, (free) and upload your picture. Then use the forum tag under it to post it to your forum.

First question - does the forum permit the posting of photographs? If so, either connect your camera to the computer with the lead that will have come with it - or preferably, get a card reader and use that. It saves on your camera batteries! Your computer will recognise that there are photos and all you need to do is follow the wizard to download the pictures. Remember what folder you put them in! You will probably need to resize them for the web - as a rule of thumb, I use a size of 1000 pixels along the longer edge. You can do this in any photo editing program. Don't forget that you need to save those pictures separately from the original. Then, if the forum allows pictures there should be a button which says 'browse', click that and navigate to the folder you have saved your resized picture in, click 'open' and it should upload.
