Doctor, yes. That's my 2 cents. Because of the fever. And if you don't have strep, how 'bout mono or some nasty super bacteria. That would not be fun.
Take care.

Ok..
Headache~dehydration because you probably feel too ill to eat and drink.
Tired~ your body fighting the infection.
Sore throat/white bumps~ You have pus in these bumps and have a definate throat infection.
Hands and feet cold body warm~ You have temperature and this is your body concentrating on getting oxygenated blood to your main organs and less to your extremities.
Blood in phlegm~ Possible chest infection...maybe from throat.
YES see a doctor! Any blood in phlegm should be taken seriously and it sounds like you may need a swab and antibiotics for your throat.
Take some paracetamol and Ibuprofen for your fever and throat providing you have no asthma or stomach disorders.
Hope you feel better soon.

You could simply treat the symptoms with over the counter medications and let it run its course. But if you went to the doctor you would probably get a prescription for something stronger that will knock it out a lot quicker. You sound like you feel pretty miserable. And near Christmas like this, too, when you should be enjoying all the festivities. I think I would go to a doctor. At least a local "doc-in-a-box".

The fact that you are coughing blood is reason enough for you to see a doctor as quickly as you can. It's clear that something's going on. You'll want to know what that is so that you and your doctor can work out an appropriate and effective treatment plan. Don't delay about this.

I'm never going to suggest that a sick person NOT see a physician. To help your throat, gargle with salt water. Could be a number of things, but especially this time of year a bad cold sounds right.

Yes you need to get an antibiotic sounds like you have tonsil idus also gargle salt water back where the bumps are that will help them go away they are actually puss pockets so be careful with what you drink and eat. also you are most likely contagious leave the bump alone if one pops let me tell you nasty stuff gonna be going out of them!!!

I had the same thing and it just went away. My step dad told me his daughter used to get this all the time and every time they went to the doctor, the doctor said just to eat salty chips and swish warm salty water in you throat 2 times daily and it will all go away.

the two white bumps and the "coughing up blood" indicates or at least suggests that you need to go see a doctor.
