For girls I love Khadija,
Aeisha
Latifah
Layla has been one of my favorite names for years,it means night.
For sons my faves are Tariq,
Tamaar
Ibrahim
Zawi
I also like my husbands name, Salah, as in Salah el Din or Saladin.
I like very feminine names for girls and very masculine names for little boys as we have to remember that they do grow up. That is a problem with many Western names.
While they sound cute when they are 2-18 and a little silly when they are grown men.
Whatever name you choose for your baby you have to make sure the name sounds well with the surname.
Good luck and Best Wishes for 2008.

For a boy: Nihad, Ziad or Kemal
(personally I have a thing for names that start with "Z" for some reason)

there are some real nice names that you can get but me i like names that have meaning to them and history.
if i have children i try to keep names that have a little history to them as its said in the quran name a child with nice names like Fatima, Aaysha, Safeeyah, Mohammad, Esa, Yusuf, etc..
(i can go on), a bit of that person might rub of on the child if Allah wills.
