You have made a very categorical statement---that your neighbor hates you. But you also say you don't know why.How do you know he hates you :did he say something, did you guys have a mega fight, did you guys date and then break up, you see the problem? Until and unless you give us the answers to these questions, it is going to be almost impossible to suggest ways to make this guy like you much less in the way that I think you want him to like you.

1) Put on a sexy hot nightie with nice make up
2) go to his door
3) knock
4) wait till he opens the door
5) flash your boobies
6) ask if he has some whip cream
7) if he said no, say too bad because you were gonna let him lick it off your boobs
8) if he said yes.... then..hmn... take the whip cream and run home and enjoy it all by yourself.
