Well, it's not like every girl knows the "code names" it's just like on the spot. Liek you come up with them as you go along. Stacy London calls them "the girls." But mostly it depends on your situation. IF you are just talking together in the locker room or something around a bunch of girls then you just say it flat out. We don't really care. But if we are around guys we eitehr sya it flat out because we don't care or we are close to them and joke around with them or we use major eye contact or something. Make it up on the spot + eye contact which we know means soemthing.

A friend of mine has huge fake boobs and she always refers to them as "the twins".
