I totally understand what your talking about. I used to have the same problem I would get this craving for sweets late at night.
On top of that I really wanted to lose weight. I knew diet and excerise was healthy but I wanted a jump start!

But if you do diet and exercise you will see even better results!I know people who lose 20 pounds in a month.
So you can still eat your regular foods but you'll take in less calories and start losing a few pounds a week. Is that what your looking for?

how to control hunger ... well instead of eating three times a day you can try eating six times .... of course in small proportions..... for example a tuna sandwich and juice or some other healthy foods but not alot.... this way your full all the time without eating fatty foods.... of course this only controls your hunger. If you want lose weight you have to actually exercise.

This is how I do it:
I got all salads, no dressing, and I eat beans.
40 minutes of cardio a day.
And one meal a week I eat literally anything I want - 3 plates of brownies - whatever - to keep my sanity.
Control the hunger? Eat MORE salad. Drink a glass of ice water. Take a multi-vitamin - in short, make sure your body has everything that it NEEDS.

You will care about being healthy once you've lost health. Don't do it the stupid way you WILL get sick physically and mentally if you go so far. I wish you could meet my best friend who didn't eat anymore and became anorexic. She is in rehab and will never be the same again. Just lose weight by diet and exercise but don't go to far. Be thankful you have health.

You can drink more fluids. I eat like so little and drink 1 bottle of water and I get so full I can't finish the bottle.
