One serving of yogurt has about 40% of the daily recommended value of calcium, and one egg has about 3%. So if you're only having one serving of yogurt and one egg, you're not even getting half as much as you need.

Do you like milk or cheese? Those also have a lot of calcium in them. If you don't, you can buy calcium-fortified orange juice that has just as much calcium as milk. Soy milk, sardines, and cabbage are also good sources.

Unless you are eating the shells, eggs don't have much calcium. And calcium needs are not different in the winter compared to the summer. Three to four servings of milk or milk products should provide enough daily calcium, that would be 3-4 8 oz glasses of milk or 12 to 16 oz of yogurt.

The eggs are doing nadda for ya...Unless you're a shell conniseur LOL! I do not know how much yogurt you're consuming nor do I know your age or sex. To give you an idea as to how much would be appropriate for your specific situation would be reletively impossible due to the needs that vary for each situation. Older Females tend to need more calcium than do say younger males etc, etc, etc....

If you were to take 2 calcium based tums every day that would meet the daily calcium requirements for most but everyone's different....I'd ask your Dr.
