nope. the chances of being allowed to change ratings is extremely slim, and generally only if there is a HUGE need for whatever rating you want to switch over to.

Try to change before you go to Boot Camp. Ask for a new contract now! Changing at Boot Camp will be almost impossible.

It really depends on what you would want to change it to.
1. A spot has to be open for the job you want
2. Your current job cannot be a undermanned
3. You qualify for the new job
